Mrs. Linda Faye Tharp, 83, of Walnut, MS will be 3pm Sunday May 05, 2024, at the Corinthian Funeral Home Chapel with Jay Street officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Saturday May 04, 2024, and 1pm until service time on Sunday May 05, 2024
She passed from this life Thursday May 02, 2024, at Jackson General in Jackson Tennessee. She was a homemaker and of the Church of Christ faith.
Mrs. Tharp was born October 14, 1940, in Alcorn County Mississippi to Herbert and Zettie Wilbanks Davis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband: Ivy Tharp, Son: James Neal Tharp, Grand Daughter: Angie McVey, Siblings: James Davis, Andrew Whitten, Ellav Akins, Loyce King, Betty Ann Bowen
Those to carry on her memory include her Daughters: Patricia Robinson of Walnut, MS, Marilyn Gaston (Tyler) of Kossuth, MS, Rebecca Jones (Gary of Walnut, MS, Sisters: Mary Lee of Dyersburg, TN, Debra Bowen Of Corinth, MS, Cloyce Crum Of Walnut, MS, Joannie Bowen of Corinth, MS, Grandchildren: Jonathan Robinson, (Niki),Quinton Robinson, Zachary Robinson, (Lindsey), Katie Jones, Christie Jones, Andrea Jones, Ashley Miles (JD), David Tharp (Krystal), Kyler Gaston, Brandon Gaston. 15 Great-grandchildren.
