Mr. Gary Mickle Meeks, age 72, passed away at Diversicare in Ripley, MS, on August 28, 2024. Services will be held August 29, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Jesus Name Community Church with Bro. Gary Porterfield officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until service time at the church.
Mr. Meeks was born on June 30, 1952 in Tippah County, Mississippi to C R and Norma Navare Meeks. He was employed by ITT. He attended Community Pentecostal Church.
Mr. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, wife: Paulette Wilbanks Meeks, Siblings: Willie Meeks, Lawrence Meeks, Ashlyn Moore, Alaina Moore.
Those left to cherish his memory are his Son: Shane Meeks of Walnut, MS, Daughter: Angie Piper (Ronnie) of Walnut, MS, Siblings: Rick Meeks, Tana Meeks, Peggy Markle, Grandchildren: Kayle Moore (Jerome), Zadie Powers (Keith), Kerri Lane Roberts (Hunter), Kye Meeks, (girlfriend Anna Grace Hardin), Brian Piper (Aleia), Great Grandchildren: Bentley Bernier, Kylie Bernier, Drayko Piper, Hendon Roberts, Aspen Powers, Jett Powers, Bennett Allen, Canaan Powers.
