Mr. Larry Gene Reed, 73 , died at his residence on August 25, 2025. Services will take place on Wednesday August 27, 2025, 3:00 PM at Corinthian Funeral Home with Bro. David Gifford officiating. Visitation will be from Noon until service time at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Tuscumbia Baptist Cemetery.
Mr. Reed was born on February 16, 1952, in Corinth, Mississippi to Mack and Ossie Briggs Reed. He was a truck driver for Alco Corporation and was a member of Lick Branch Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Billy Briggs and Vernon Briggs.
Those to carry on his memory include his Wife: Vickie Bowen-Reed of Walnut, Daughters: Tina Hudspeth (Brian) of Coldwater, MS, April Harper (Richard) of Michie, TN, Grandchildren: Dalton Cook (Jessica), Dallas Perry (Kelsey), Dacota Perry (MeKayla), 5 Great Grandsons and 3 Great Granddaughters. 3 nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Steven Russell, Tony Russell, Dakota Russell, Dalton Cook, Dallas Perry, and Dacota Perry
