Mr. Richard Wayne Blackburn, 63, died at his residence on August 06, 2025. No services are planned at this time.
Mr. Blackburn was born on August 14, 1961, in Bolivar, Tennessee to Billy Jo Sr. and Janie Cannon Blackburn. He was a self-employed bricklayer. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother: Billy Jo Blackburn Jr.
Those left to carry on his memory include his Wife: Belinda Blackburn of Burnsville, Daughters: Victoria Blackburn Davis of Booneville, Sharon Pounds of Dry Creek, and Jennie Lynn Franks of Rienzi, Brothers: Robert W. Blackburn of Tishomingo, Tim Blackburn of MT. Pleasant, and Jeff Blackburn of Mt. Pleasant, Sisters: Michelle Roby of Corinth, and Elizabeth Ann Killough of Rienzi, Grandchildren: Christopher Davis, Destiny Davis, Emily Davis, Steve Davis, Anna Davis, Henry Davis, Mason Pounds, Sarah Pounds, Shelby Pounds, Sadie Pounds, Krissy Pounds, Bryson Franks, Tyson Franks, and Maddy Franks, Great Grandchildren: Alexander Box, Hayleigh Kelton, and Michael Kelton.
