Mr. Murray Wayne Coln died at his residence on March 03, 2026. Services with Military Honors are planned for Friday March 06, 2026 at 200 PM at Strickland Church of Christ with Bros. Brad Dillingham, Terry Smith, and Lawrence Barr officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until service time. Burial will take place at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Glen, MS.
He was born in Alcorn County Mississippi to Lester and Mary Suevella Knight Coln. Mr. Coln was a retired owner of Coln Tire Shop and a member of Strickland Church of Christ.
Mr. Coln was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife: Betty Hamlin Coln, Siblings: Marlin Coln (Jamie), Mildred McEwen (Joe).
Those left to cherish his memory are Son: Gary Coln of Glen, MS, Daughters: Paula Tyson of Glen, Becky Hodum (Steve) of Corinth, MS, Grandchildren: Marcy James (Chris), Jamie Null (Kyle), Tanner Hodum (Amanda), Chelsea Hodum, Logan Coln, Great Grandchildren: Hadley James, Avery James, Hayden Hodum, Marlee Hodum, Mabry Hodum, Kylie Null, Kason Null.
Pallbearers: Terry Coln, Bo Coln, Gage Porterfield, Jay Coln, Mark Wood, Joseph Wood.
