Mrs. Vonda Souvonia Rose departed life at Cornerstone Rehabilitaion and Healthcare Facility on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. She was born on May 16, 1944 to J. C. and Lois Hathcock Bates in Haleyville , Alabama.
No services are planned at this time.
She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Bivian Newborn, Catheribne Hildress, Jimmy Bates.
Those left to cherish her memory include husband: Thomas H Rose of Corinth, MS, son: Thomas Hugh Rose, Jr. of Rienzi, MS; daughter: Donna Pittman (Jeffrey) of Corinth, MS, sister: Dorothy Mills of Haleyville, AL, 2 Grandchildren: Ruben Pittman (Diamond), Gary Johnson Jr (Mandy), 9 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
